What You'll Need

To qualify, customers must provide a complete, current written quote from a licensed plumbing contractor before Heflin & Son Plumbing begins the work.

The quote must include:

• Contractor or company name

• Valid California contractor license number

• Customer name and service address

• Date the quote was issued

• Detailed description and scope of work

• Materials, equipment, and services included

• Labor costs or total project price

• Any applicable warranties, fees, permits, or other charges

Heflin & Son Plumbing may verify the contractor's license status and the authenticity and details of the submitted quote before approving the price.

Comparable Work
To qualify for the offer, the competing quote must be for substantially the same scope of work, materials, equipment, installation requirements, and service conditions proposed by Heflin & Son Plumbing.

Quotes for different products, materials, repair methods, warranties, project specifications, or scopes of work may not qualify.

Offer Terms
The competing quote must be legitimate, verifiable, and issued by an actively licensed California plumbing contractor authorized to perform the quoted work.

The offer does not apply to verbal estimates, handwritten or altered documents that cannot be verified, expired quotes, incomplete quotes, typographical or pricing errors, quotes from unlicensed individuals or companies, DIY pricing, material-only pricing, employee or contractor discounts, promotional pricing that is no longer available, or quotes obtained under fraudulent or misleading circumstances.

Heflin & Son Plumbing reserves the right to contact the competing contractor or otherwise verify the quote, contractor license, scope of work, materials, pricing, and availability.

The competing quote must be presented before work begins and before a service agreement or contract is executed, unless otherwise approved in writing by Heflin & Son Plumbing.

Additional work discovered after the original inspection or once work begins is not included unless that same work was specifically included in the qualifying competing quote.

The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, promotions, or special offers unless approved by Heflin & Son Plumbing.

Heflin & Son Plumbing reserves the right to decline any quote that cannot be independently verified, does not represent comparable work, contains materially different terms or specifications, or appears fraudulent, altered, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Any price adjustment is subject to review and approval by Heflin & Son Plumbing before work begins.
